1.     How can I identify my product or spare part?

1.1  On the product you can find a lable the productname and spare part number. Now you are able to search on the right top searchbar

 

1.2 Select the general family that your product belongs to from the area labeled Select your product to locate your product by 'drilling down' through all HP product families.

 
1.3    Enter the name or description of your product in the field labeled By model number or name in the Quick search form at the top of the screen. For example, laserjet 5, pavilion 6532 or omnibook.

1.4 If your product search finds a single matching HP product, a screen will be displayed that will allow you to look up parts information.  If your search finds multiple matches (or if you searched through product families), you will need to select from a list of products in that family or search result and select the particular product you have. 

2.     How can I pay?

Customers within the EU can pay with Mastercard, Visa or prepayment. Google Checkout is  only available in the UK and is invoiced in Sterling.

3.     Can I pick up the goods?

 No, but it is possible to use one of our drivers,  to request a shipping quotation http://www.spares4it.co.uk/questions

4.     Where are you located?

 We have three offices within Europe located in Banbury UK, Amersfoort Netherlands, Kleinostheim Germany.

5.     What are the estimated delivery times?

 All orders are usually shipped within  2 to 5 days  . All customers will receive an email notification confirming their order, any additional leadtime will be explained then.

What is the warranty period for the product?
The product warranty period is  90 days  from the date of supply. Please read
